What is Ahero Resource Center?

The Ahero Resource Center is a community hub in Ahero town, opposite Riat Market and about 25 km east of Kisumu city. It was set up with CIVS Kenya and offers training, computer and internet access, and social enterprise support for local families, including people with disabilities.

It is not a leisure park: no rides, pool or playground are advertised. Visitors come for courses, meetings or volunteering, and should contact the centre before turning up.
